These two buildings are combined into one lump. The first of the buildings, Mlynarska 46, is a three-storey office building established in 1998, which in 2001 was added the six-storey office building Mlynarska 48. Today this part of the complex is the headquarters VIPOL Foreign Trade Company LTD. z.o.o.
