Mlynarska 44 Building
This building is the latest investment PHZ VIPOL Sp. Ltd., whose launch is planned for 2011. Construction is expected to take approximately two years. The building will be identical to the already devoted to the use Mlynarska 42 building.
In accordance with the project assumptions, the buildig will be equipped with:
- smart air conditioning,
- 24 hours security protection with monitoring,
- access control system for proximity cards (expandable to telemetry data),
- fire protection system with an active subsystem extinguisher and direct link with the emergency headquarters of Fire Brigade,
- structural network based on fiber-glass wires between floors,
- broadband internet access and own telephone exchange,
- open-space surface to their own arrangements,
- ceiling system to allow flexibility and aesthetics of the installation,
- energy direct from the own 15kV transformer switching,
- underground parking for 60 cars.
Among the curiosities may be mentioned here, that is planned at the building site gym and fitness room.
