Technical Department is a typical and necessary organizational unit existing in every well-developed enterprise. Within the span of several years it cared for the good usability of offices and storages, and the several dozen company cars. It supervised the work of the security agents effectively and efficiently, which in the nineties was transformed into an independent DAM SECURITY Agency which has cooperated with us everywhere where the interests of PHZ VIPOL require it. From the point of view of the work performed, this department was indispensable in the supervision of the construction of VIPOL PLAZA office complex with the total utility area of 6,000 square meters, both with regard to technical issues and substantial ones. When in 2006 the last new office building was put to use, the entire last floor, with a good view of the Warsaw center, was transferred to the disposition of the PHZ VIPOL Management Board Office. Taking care of the premises and lessees, this department supervises modernization, repairs and adaptation works of the office and warehouse premises of the Company. Heating, air-conditioning, power supply, telephone switchboard (one thousand numbers), maintenance of the order around parking sites and green areas, as well as effective operation of machines and devices used for the correct operation of the buildings and premises are the responsibility under the long-term lease contracts. Within the area of real estate administration, this department cooperates closely both with the remaining departments and with customers in order to obtain current data concerning technical condition of property and settlements with the users (control of meters, maintenance works).
One of the most burdensome tasks of the Technical Department is the everyday responsibility for and service of road transport composed both of trucks and motor cars. For the needs of this activity, repair stands serviced by specialized mechanics, were created a few years ago.
Employees of this Department also run two filling stations under the logo of PKN ORLEN at the Zegrze Lake. One of them is located within the area of a corporate recreation center MARINA YACHT CLUB (7800 square meters) with a one hundred meters pier, constructed by the Technical Department.

The quickly growing property of the Company cause that the role of Technical Department is increasing. Soon, it will have to face a new challenge, that is, construction of another office building within VIPOL PLAZA complex.
