FINANCIAL DEPARTMENT

The Financial Department in company PHZ Vipol Sp. z o.o. is responsible for the correct financial management in accordance with the plan and the applicable law regulations and for the accurate keeping of book entries. First of all, it deals with verification and processing of the approved financial documents and internal orders coming from other departments. The basis for this department's operation is the Law on Accounting, Labour Law, Civil Code and Commercial Code, and all laws concerning the state's tax and financial policy.
The Financial Department cooperates tightly with the basic organizational units within the company in the area of contacts with the Recipients and Suppliers, Tax Office, Statistical Office, Social Security Institution and Banks.

The basic tasks of the Financial Department include:

  • in the area of accounting:
    1. to keep the accounting register on the basis of the correct book evidences;
    2. to ascertain the correctness of documents as far as the accounting matters are concerned;
    3. to keep matters associated with monitoring of clearances with the recipients and suppliers;
    4. to register and record documents;
    5. to control the warehouse stock;
    6. to calculate tax and draw tax returns;
  • in the area of finance:
    1. to cooperate with banks within current servicing and financing of the Company;
    2. to create financial analyses;
    3. to verify contracts with regard to their financial and tax correctness;
    4. to manage the finances and the liquidity;
    5. to assess specific departments of the Company within the implementation of the drawn financial forecasts;
    6. to run all issues relating salaries calculation.

The Financial Department of PHZ Vipol Sp. z o.o. plays the role of the internal control unit which is in-built within the management system through relevant division of duties and is responsible for the correctness of financial information and the conformity of operations with the law and the Company's policy.
